Other benefits include not having to download the files you need in order to email or use them, not having to open in multiple tabs on the browser and not having to take extra time to upload them into the right folders.
Google Drive allows you to open everything in your finder window and easily drag, drop, create, save and rename files. When emailing a file to a customer, Google Drive allows you to quickly grab and drop the file as an attachment in the email. This way you save the extra step you’d have to take through the browser or downloading the file first, prior to being able to drop it as an attachment!
